Video Producer & Editor (Digital Communications Organizer)

The California Teachers Association (CTA) is one of California’s largest and most dynamic labor unions. In-depth knowledge of and experience with labor movement communications, union organizing and contract campaigns; an ability to inspire union members, staff, and communities to support CTA goals; and a deep commitment to the labor movement and public education are paramount to this role.

The Digital Communications Organizer will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content across various digital platforms to support CTA's mission and initiatives, with a strong emphasis on video production, editing and storytelling. This role requires expert videography and post-production skills, excellent storytelling skills and a demonstrated ability to apply digital organizing principles to engage and mobilize target audiences in a campaign setting.
