    Note: Candidates who have raised at least ₹10Cr+ in fundraising and managed a large portfolio.

    Role Overview:

    The candidate will be responsible for building a sustainable fundraising pipeline and mobilizing resources. The individual in this role is expected to drive a multi-crore annual fundraising corpus and will be responsible for strategic partnerships, donor cultivation, and integrated communications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Fundraising & Resource Mobilization
    • Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting corporates, HNIs, foundations, CSR, institutional donors, and international agencies.
    • Identify and nurture new funding opportunities and partnerships aligned with organizational goals.
    • Lead proposal development, grant applications, donor presentations, and fundraising events.
    • Ensure donor stewardship through regular engagement, impact reporting, and acknowledgment mechanisms.
    1. Strategic Partnerships
    • Build and manage relationships with corporate partners, government agencies, international NGOs, sports organizations, and academic institutions.
    • Develop joint initiatives, campaigns, and projects to amplify organizational reach.
    • Represent the organization at key ecosystem events, roundtables, and coalitions to build influence and credibility.
    1. Communication & Outreach
    • Lead the development of annual reports, impact reports, donor communications, press releases, and campaign collateral.
    • Support the campaigns of the digital and social media teams.
    • Develop communication toolkits to support internal teams in stakeholder engagement.
    1. Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor a team of fundraising, communication, and partnership professionals.
    • Collaborate with program, M&E, and finance teams to align messaging with impact data and budgets.
    • Maintain strong internal coordination for unified external communication and partnership delivery.

    Required Qualifications & Experiences:

    • Education: Master's degree preferred (an MBA from a reputed institution is a strong plus).
    • Experience: 6+ years of total experience, with at least 4 years specifically in a fundraising/partnerships leadership role.
    • Network: Strong established networks within India's CSR, philanthropy, and donor space.
    • Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing corporate partnerships and multi-crore CSR grants.
    • Skills: Capable of representing the organization credibly at high-level events and panels.
