    Description

    SPOP is seeking a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist for our behavioral health agency. The receptionist acts as ambassador to all incoming clients, participants, and guests, and provides scheduling and support to medical staff. The receptionist will join the Access team and report to the Senior Vice President for Access, while working closely with the Director of Executive Administration. The position is on-site five days a week, with occasional opportunities to work remotely. No evenings, weekend or after-hours coverage required.

    The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys working with older adults as well as being part of a team, and is passionate about supporting access to mental health services. They are excellent communicators, demonstrate sound judgement, have strong technical literacy, and follow direction well. High School diploma or equivalent as well as proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
