The Coordinator is expected to take full ownership of their areas of responsibility, exercise independent judgment, and bring a strategic perspective to the work.

    • Build relationships with community organizations to drive enrollment
    • Coordinate volunteers and serve as their primary point of contact
    • Manage the full lifecycle of course and workshop operations
    • Handle registration, payments, and participant communications
    • Maintain databases, website, and the program calendar
