POSITION SUMMARY
This is a new position to run a new rooftop solar and storage program that will be developed and launched this year. The Manager will work with the Program Director to develop a strong, accessible program that lowers energy burden and creates resilience for those we serve. Some aspects of the program are to be determined.
The Manager will create and deliver a marketing plan with an equity lens. This may include activities such as public speaking, design and delivery of informational workshops and enrollment events, cold calling, canvassing, and working with other departments. They will also likely work with contractors that install solar panels, install battery systems, and make home repairs.
This position will also be managing data for contract compliance such as lead acquisition, demographics, outreach and engagement activities, participant journey, contractor information, and evaluation data. Currently this involves Salesforce, sharepoint, and excel but may include other software platforms in the future as the program evolves.
