    Description

    Project Manager

    Compensation range: $80,000 to $110,000

    Experience expected: 5+ years in workforce, 2+ years managing project staff Education expected: Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent experience will be considered for strong candidates

    Worksite Location: Partially remote, dependent upon proximity to PM Team offices

    Skill/capacity focus: Serve as primary project contact, building trusted relationships; own project outcomes, but escalate strategic concerns upward

    Minimum requirements:

    ● Strong written and oral communication skills

    ● Experience working on high-performing teams

    ● Experience managing and maintaining a project schedule

    ● Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized

    ● Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively

    ● Ability to establish and maintain diverse relationships

    ● Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite

    Job duties include:

    ● Report to Deputy Director, work closely with PM Team to execute projects and workflows

    ● Follow PM Team frameworks while exercising judgment re: client culture and capacity

    ● Execute projects as assigned, managing scope, schedule, and resources

    ● Develop and/or monitor the progress of high-quality and timely project deliverables

    ● Collaborate and communicate with a broad variety of internal/external stakeholders

    ● Identify risks and escalate strategic concerns to Senior PM when needed

    ● Travel to support execution of projects and events, approximately once each 8-10 weeks

    ● Engage in activities that support organizational culture

    ● Other related duties may be assigned as needs arise
