    • Draft and contribute to reports, articles, op-eds, and other program publications
    • Support the editing, translation, design, and publication of program outputs
    • Plan and execute public and private events, conferences, and delegations, including drafting invitations, liaising with high-level participants, managing travel and lodging, overseeing vendors, and ensuring seamless day-of execution, including AV and technical logistics
    • Manage the program’s website and social media presence
    • Help manage financial logistics of the program
    • Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders across sectors
    • Support fundraising activities, including drafting proposals, preparing donor reports, and responding to donor requests
    • Perform additional duties as needed
    • Other responsibilities may include editing, translating, reviewing, summarizing, or drafting documents in English or Spanish, responding to special requests from funders, and summarizing proceedings of program events, as assigned by the supervisor

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, Economics, Political Science, History, Mexican Studies, or related field, master’s degree preferred, with strong academic credentials.
    • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in U.S.-Mexico affairs and/or in Mexico’s legal, government affairs, political, or economic sectors
    • Excellent research, writing, editing, and communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality, accurate work while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
    • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects and supporting the production of major reports, convenings, or other programmatic outputs
