    Description

A few years ago, what started as a small idea around children, culture, and community slowly grew into something bigger than I imagined. Today, our nonprofit has become a place where families feel seen, kids find their voice, and culture is passed on with joy and care.

    Now, we’re at a moment of growth—and I can’t (and shouldn’t) do it alone.

We’re looking for a part-time leader to help guide and grow this cherished community nonprofit. Someone who has run programs, managed people, and knows how to turn care into action. Someone who wants flexibility—but also wants their work to truly matter.

This role is for you if:

You’ve led teams or programs before

You enjoy building structure while staying close to the community

You’re looking for meaningful work without a full-time schedule

    The details:

    • 10–20 hours per week
    • $40/hour starting
    • Annual performance-based bonus
    • Clear three-year annual increase plan
    • Bay Area preferred (flexible/hybrid)
    • Opportunity to grow with the organization

If this sounds like you—or someone you know—I’d love to connect. Sometimes the most important roles don’t start with a job application, but with a conversation.

Please email me or share this with someone who might be a great fit.
