Description
The Role
We’re seeking a Vietnamese or Cantonese Speaking Program Coordinator to help our programs run smoothly!
Duties include:
- Assisting clients with filling out MediCal, Calfresh, SNAP, Housing applications.
- Ensuring our Food Security Program goals are being met
- Outreach, education, and client intake/data entry (Salesforce).
- Attending partner/community meetings and advocacy events.
- Providing administrative and hands-on support across programs.
- Coordinating other various projects to meet deliverables.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years nonprofit or related experience is a plus!
- Strong communication and ability to work independently.
- Comfort working with underserved communities (seniors, refugees, immigrants).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Drive; Salesforce a plus.
- Bilingual (Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin) strongly preferred.
