    Nihurumie Child Group Organization, operating under Calvin Church Mwanza, Tanzania (Registration No. MCC/CD/CBO/113051), is seeking a passionate and motivated Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator. This role is a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children, youth with disabilities, and underserved families in Mwanza, Tanzania. Volunteers will play a critical role in mobilizing resources to support education, inclusion, and community empowerment programs.

    Responsibilities

      • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies targeting individuals, organizations, and institutions globally.
      • Identify, research, and engage potential donors, partners, and sponsors.
      • Create compelling campaigns, proposals, and storytelling materials to communicate our impact.
      • Collaborate with the local team to ensure fundraising efforts align with organizational goals and community needs.
      • Track progress and maintain transparency and accountability in fundraising initiatives.

    Qualifications

      • Passionate about social impact, child welfare, and community development.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
      • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
      • Experience in fundraising, outreach, or nonprofit work is a plus but not required.
      • Commitment to completing the program and achieving agreed fundraising goals.

    Additional Details

      • This is a volunteer role, with a guaranteed fixed stipend of USD 5,000 upon successful completion of the agreed fundraising goals.
      • This opportunity is not commission-based; there are no percentage earnings or profit-sharing structures.
      • Volunteers can join anytime throughout the year and work remotely, with flexible hours that fit their schedule.

    Level of Language Proficiency
