    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) is hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships, to join the Partnerships team. Reporting directly to the Director, Corporate Partnerships this position will manage a portfolio of BCRF’s corporate partnerships, oversee a selection of cause marketing initiatives and campaigns, and support teamwide projects, with a specific focus on the team’s employee and customer engagement strategy. The Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships is responsible for deepening corporate partner relationships that drive awareness of and engagement with BCRF’s mission while driving significant revenue for the organization.

    This position is based in New York, New York. BCRF currently requires staff to work onsite a minimum of three days per week.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage and steward a portfolio of corporate partners, including partnership contract negotiations and execution, cause marketing campaign development and creative approval, program implementation, and communications and PR efforts.
    • Engage key contacts at corporate partner organizations with a focus on stewarding renewed and increased support.
    • Collaborate with internal teams on special partner initiatives, including media opportunities, panels and presentations, strategic meetings, and events.
    • Lead the creation of new employee and customer engagement opportunities that enhance corporate partners’ experience with BCRF and align with BCRF’s strategic growth objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to draft copy and curate partner-related content for BCRF channels including email, social media, blog, website, annual report, and newsletter.
    • Assist with annual impact reporting, including developing materials and messaging for partners at various giving levels.
    • Promote signature and regional BCRF events among BCRF’s corporate partnerships audience and leverage corporate relationships to secure event sponsorships, in-kind donations, gift bag items, etc.

    You are highly collaborative, creative, and innovative with proven experience in creating and implementing marketing programs that drive business results. You possess excellent project management skills with the ability to execute projects from start to finish on time. You are flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to assist and collaborate with all BCRF teammates. You have a passion for the mission and work of BCRF.

    In addition, you have the following qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelors Degree
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in nonprofit-corporate partnerships, cause marketing, social impact, corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, fundraising, or a related field.
    • A proven history of leading successful initiatives with measurable results that have impacted an organization's bottom-line.
    • Ability to manage a portfolio of partners/clients across diverse industries.
    • Experience with corporate employee engagement programs.
    • Enthusiasm for collaborating with multiple teams, senior leadership.
    • Excellent project management, organizational, and customer service skills.
    • Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in creating printed and digital materials.
    • Experience using Raiser’s Edge preferred
    • Willing to tackle ad-hoc projects outside of assigned responsibilities
    • Ability to lift, move or carry up to 15 pounds on an occasional basis; ability to push or pull a cart weighing up to 15 pounds
    • Other duties as may be assigned

    Travel:

    This role requires travel outside the New York Metro area approximately 2-4 times per year. In-person events may involve evening, overnight, or weekend time.

    Benefits

    Compensation and Benefits:

    This is a full-time exempt role. The salary range for this role is $85,000 – 95,000. Our compensation packages include an exceptional benefits package focusing on employee physical, mental and financial wellness. More specifically we offer:

    • 401K, with up to a 5% match each pay period; employee contributions and any match are immediately fully vested
    • Paid parental leave offering 18 weeks 100% paid leave for a birthing parent and 12 weeks 100% paid leave for non-birthing parent
    • Paid Time Off including
      • 15 days of annual vacation time in first year of employment, increasing with length of service
      • 7 days of annual paid sick time
      • Paid holidays along with BCRF wide half days and summer Fridays
