    Description

    North Brooklyn Coalition Against Family Violence is a grass-roots, community based, non-residential program that seeks to support survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault through direct services and through community outreach and education. This is an opportunity for an LMSW, who is passionate about supporting and empowering survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

    The Clinical Services Manager supervises our direct services and clinical team, ensuring staff is providing outstanding, client-centered, trauma-informed services to survivors seeking services. This position will provide clinical guidance in all direct-service matters and will have the opportunity to grow the direct service program to best serve survivors in our communities. This position reports to the Executive Director.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Social Work, LMSW Required
    • At least 2 years of management/administrative experience
    • Bilingual English/Spanish
    • At least 3-5 years experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault victims

    Duties will include:

    • Supervising 4 clinical staff; 2 part-time therapists and 2 case managers/community organizer
    • Facilitate group supervision for clinical and direct service staff
    • Develop ongoing, in-house training to ensure continual development of all direct-service staff
    • Review all documents related to the direct-service and clinical program, including service plans, notes and client files
    • Work collaboratively supervise and support case management staff and MSW interns
    • Maintain a limited caseload, as needed
    • Assist with maintaining all data-collection and auditing, including collaborating with the Executive Director to complete quarterly reports
    • Assist with other Client-led, Coalition-related events as needed
