    • Design and implement systems and structures to drive distributed and relational organizing performance and set, track, and exceed metric goals and benchmarks
    • Collaborate closely with other departments to align strategy and build effective support structures for organizing, impact, and voter protection teams
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, partners, and political stakeholders
    • Develop and execute an integrated distributed and relational organizing strategy and Get Out the Vote operation, including distributed ballot chase and relational GOTV programs

    Required Qualifications

    • At least 2 cycles of distributed organizing experience, with at least one as a manager
    • Fluency in VAN, Scale to Win, Reach, and other distributed organizing tools and platforms

    • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Demonstrated capacity to synthesize, track, and report data
    • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture
