    Description

    The Amplify Leadership Lab is a national initiative of the Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. The project supports professionals working in the movement to end sexual and domestic violence through innovative learning and professional development opportunities.

    We are now inviting applications for the 2026 Amplify Leadership Fellowship! If you want to learn how to leverage your own unique identify, lived experience, and skillset to lead with clarity, care, and impact, this program is for you.

    In this 9-month fellowship, fellows explore practical and emotional leadership tools to sustain their work. Fellows learn within a supportive community of peers from across the country and US territories, strengthening their leadership practice while building lasting relationships. It is a mix of in-person and online for a cohort of 20 leaders.

    Fellows will:

    • Increase self-awareness and confidence as leaders
    • Apply leadership tools grounded in theory and real-world practice
    • Leverage their own unique identity, lived experience, and skillset to lead with clarity, care, and impact
    • Set and pursue meaningful, individualized leadership goals
    • Build and sustain a nationwide network of inspiring leaders

    This 9-month fellowship is open to people who:

    • Have a job focused on prevention, response, and/or policy to end sexual and domestic violence.
    • Manages people and/or projects but is not at the top level of their organization
    • Works at an organization with the infrastructure & commitment to support participation
    • Can travel to Vermont for three days in October 2026 and June 2027
    • Can commit to an average of 2 hours a week to of peer-to-peer connection, reading, reflections, mentorship, and monthly interactive webinars
    • Who are excited to engage in the learning goals to amplify their leadership
    • Live in the US, including US territories

    Program and travel expenses are covered or reimbursed. There is no stipend to participate.

    How to Apply

    This program is open to all individuals who live in the US and US territories. While it is hybrid, it is three days of travel two times across the course of the nine month program.
