Alongside our existing SAP-based solution, we are introducing cloud-based platforms such as Dymatrix DynaCampaign.

In this role, your main focus will be on shaping and implementing our future marketing and fundraising technology landscape. You will play an active role in our CRM transformation project, helping to introduce new platforms, improve system integration, and streamline how our teams work with donor and campaign data. While you will also ensure the stability of our existing systems, the role is primarily focused on project work, system development, and the rollout of new tools and processes.

You will work closely with colleagues from marketing, fundraising, finance, IT, and external partners to build a modern, well-integrated CRM ecosystem that supports effective and data-driven fundraising.

    • Work with colleagues from marketing, fundraising, finance, and IT to translate business needs into practical system solutions and improvements
    • Help shape and further develop our CRM and fundraising technology landscape, ensuring that tools such as MFPlus, DynaCampaign, and Inxmail work well together
    • Coordinate with external service providers supporting the implementation, integration, and development of our CRM and campaign management systems
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work through improved system setup and automation
    • Support the reliable operation and continuous improvement of our core CRM systems
    • Document system changes and support colleagues in using the platforms effectively through guidance and training

    Your profile

    • A background in areas such as Business Informatics, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable practical experience working with CRM or marketing technology platforms
    • Initial professional experience (around 1–3 years) working with CRM systems, marketing technology, digital platforms, or similar environments
    • Familiarity with tools such as MFPlus, DynaCampaign, Salesforce, SAP, or comparable CRM or campaign management systems
    • Interest in how digital platforms support fundraising, donor engagement, and campaign management
    • Motivation to grow your CRM expertise, especially in DynaCamapaign, and to become a subject expert for our legacy system MFPlus
    • You recognize the growing value of data in your field and strive to make evidence-based decisions
    • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues and translate business needs into practical system solutions
    • A structured and proactive working style, with curiosity for improving systems and processes
