    Ethos is currently seeking a Project Manager for Information Technology and Systems to lead our well-established IT department. This is a full-time exempt position that requires in-office presence with the potential for a hybrid work schedule. The current starting salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 annual and includes an excellent benefit package.

    The Project Manager, Information Technology & Systems, is responsible for the planning, scheduling, resource management and leadership of technology projects and initiatives, adhering to best practices in project management to facilitate project closure on time and within budget. This role leverages internal and external resources to deliver projects identified by the Senior Leadership Team as strategic priorities, overseeing quality control throughout the life cycle of the project. In addition to project leadership, the Project Manager, Information Technology & Systems will also serve as the in-house leader of the IT organization, overseeing managed service providers for Infrastructure management and maintenance as well as overseeing and supporting the internal IT Service Management team.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and evolving strategic plan to identify and prioritize technology and systems related projects.
      • Assist in the investigation of new technologies that will improve workflow, processing speeds, and services related to infrastructure and mission critical business systems.
      • Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
      • Communicate effectively across the organization and project resource team to identify and mitigate barriers to project completion and minimize financial and compliance related risks.
      • Identify and facilitate the budget allocation, business unit ownership and internal/external supports required for projects related to the technology landscape of the organization.
      • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
      • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks as they arise.
      • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to organizational standards.
      • Supervise and support IT team members, leading as a mentor/coach with good humor and recognition of how to help each individual team member come to work every day with a joyful and productive attitude.
      • Support the implementation of improved workflows, procedures, policies and systems for efficiency and customer service within the IT Service Management department.
      • Oversee ticketing system, delegate tickets as needed, support analysts in ticket completion as needed, and analyze trends to improve service delivery and performance.
      • Ensure appropriate task delegation across internal and external resources.
      • Manage technology and systems related vendor relationships, life-cycle planning, product renewals and contracting.
      • Represent the organization with a positive, professional attitude when communicating with staff, clients, and visitors.
      • Perform other related duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience combined with relevant industry-specific certifications are required. Relevant certifications for this role are project management (PMP), ITIL, ITSM, etc.
      • 5+ years of experience in a technology related field.
      • 3+ years of staff supervision or leadership, preferably within a non-profit or healthcare organization and preferably with a mentor/coach leadership philosophy.
      • Project Management certification and/or a proven and very strong track record in successful project execution, with a particular preference for Agile project management methodologies.
      • Knowledge of contracting, budgeting and managing a combination of internal and outsourced resources as part of a project team.
      • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
