The Opportunity

ROSE has a 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday) as part of our commitment to employee well-being.
Our next Executive Director will share ROSE’s Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach and will bring: a demonstrated commitment to racial equity, significant leadership and nonprofit management experience in affordable housing, a proven ability to manage complex revenue streams and generate diverse funding, and a track record of supporting staff professional development and retention.
