    Are you interested in working with youth and communities within Urubamba, Peru and making a positive difference in the lives of young people? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our incredible team at FutureSense Foundation based in Peru.

    The Role:

    As our Programme Implementor at our hub in Peru, you will bring our projects to life in local communities and schools. You will report to the Operations Manager, supporting our international project participants and working to ensure that our programmes are delivered effectively within the local community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Your days will be filled with exciting challenges and fulfilling experiences, including:

    • Making an impact - Coordinating and delivering impactful project activities with our local partners, all aligned with FutureSense Foundations values and mission.
    • Taking the lead – Embark on a leadership role as you guide your group of project participants through immersive and exciting cultural activities.
    • Facilitating learning - Engage your group in reflective discussions and interactive sessions to foster personal growth, leadership skills, and self-confidence among the participants.
    • Championing change – Monitoring project inputs, outputs, and impacts to ensure our projects make a lasting difference.
    • Capturing the magic – Reporting on the progress and success of all international project participants and community development project delivery activities.

    What We're Looking For:

    • A passion for community development and education.
    • English language skills essential
    • Excellent communication skills and a flair for building relationships.
    • Comfortable working in a flexible environment and prepared to go above and beyond.
