Community Legal Services (CLS) is hiring a Staff Attorney for our Health & Independence (H&I) Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney to provide direct legal representation to low-income Philadelphians while also engaging in policy advocacy, impact litigation, community outreach, and education.
The H&I Unit advocates for individuals and families navigating issues involving health care, public benefits, supportive services, elder law, disabilities, and more.

- Full-time Staff Attorney position
- Pennsylvania Bar admission or ability to waive in required
- Competitive salary; starting at $65,000 for newly admitted attorneys, increasing with relevant experience
