    Job Description

    We are seeking a StreetSafe Outreach Supervisor to lead and support a team of Outreach Workers engaged in street outreach, crisis response, and case management. This role is ideal for a strong people-leader who is adaptable, community-focused, and committed to improving outcomes for young men in Bridgeport

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide daily supervision, coaching, and support to StreetSafe Outreach Workers
    • Ensure fidelity to program models and trauma-informed practices
    • Manage staff schedules, neighborhood walks, and on-call hospital response coverage
    • Carry a small caseload (1–2 participants) as needed
    • Respond to critical incidents and community crises
    • Monitor documentation and data entry (Salesforce experience a plus)
    • Collaborate with probation, corrections, law enforcement, and community partners

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 1–2 years of supervisory experience
    • 1–2 years of case management or outreach experience
    • Experience working with street-affiliated or justice-involved youth and families
    • Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or similar approaches preferred
    • Strong communication, leadership, and team-based skills
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
    • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed

    • Knowledge of public safety systems, reentry strategies, and violence interruption

    Working Conditions:

    • Combination of office-based and field-based responsibilities.
    • Availability for evening and weekend events and emergency response.
