Compensation and Benefits: This is a regular, full-time, exempt position. The salary range for this position is from $78,000 to $104,825. The compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience.
This position is eligible for language premiums for demonstrated proficiency in a language other than English that is regularly used in their job duties. The annual premium is $1,500 for oral proficiency and $1,500 for written proficiency in each language.

The Opportunity
The Digital Strategy Manager is a new manager-level communications and digital leadership role responsible for shaping and executing ALC’s digital strategies that grow our audience, deepen public understanding of our work, mobilize supporters, and drive online fundraising. This position leads the development of integrated digital campaigns that translate complex legal and policy work into compelling, accessible stories that move people to action.The Digital Strategy Manager sits at the intersection of storytelling, digital organizing, and fundraising, partnering closely with development and program teams to advance the organization’s mission. The Digital Strategy Manager will supervise a Senior Communications Associate.
The ideal candidate brings strong editorial judgment, deep experience in digital advocacy and fundraising, a data-driven approach to building sustainable donor and supporter engagement, and people management experience.

Since 1972, ALC has fought for access to affordable housing in San Francisco’s Chinatown, litigated high-profile civil rights cases, advocated for the passage of landmark policy changes, and provided an array of services, including community education, advocacy, and direct client representation to further the rights of low-income immigrants and communities of color, across our Housing Rights, Workers’ Rights, Immigrant Justice, and National Democracy Initiative programs, and other emerging areas of law.
