    Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    Instruction and School Partnership

    • Act as the primary liaison for partner schools, meeting regularly to discuss safety protocols, logistics, and resource allocation.
    • Troubleshoot administrative and operational challenges directly with school leadership.
    • Coordinate and manage in-school calendars and schedule Fellow instruction dates.
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork and performance data are collected from each partner school.

    Curriculum Development and Innovation

    • Maintain and update the Scope and Sequence, master curriculum, and individual lesson plans.
    • Design and implement the curriculum for the cultural "Science Fair" initiative.
    • Create and modify curriculum specifically tailored for the subscription program.
    • Build out and manage digital resources within the online learning environment (Canvas).

    Teacher Support and Training

    • Lead learning workshops, meetings, and professional development training for teachers and staff.
    • Supervise, train, and mentor teaching assistants who serve as liaisons for schools outside the primary parish.
    • Conduct teacher observations and provide actionable feedback to ensure program quality.
    • Organize and facilitate specialized workshops for Fellows.
    • Proactively provide teachers with the necessary equipment, materials, and digital resources for successful classroom delivery.

    Program Monitoring and Evaluation

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive set of educational standards for the organization's programs.
    • Monitor the "Subscription Experiment," conducting detailed post-mortems to identify successes and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data tracking tools (e.g., Air Table) to monitor program benchmarks and marketing efficacy.

    Production Facilitation and Media

    • Facilitate the initial days of pre-production and filming for student projects.
    • Produce digital content, including "Benji" instructional videos and "how-to" guides for the online resource library.
    • Support the transition of production responsibilities to students as they progress through the curriculum.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Experience in the film industry a plus.
    • Proven experience in curriculum design and lesson planning.
    • Proficiency in managing online learning management systems (Canvas) and data interfaces (Air Table).
    • Excellent communication skills for managing school relationships and leading staff workshops.
    • Ability to work flexibly across instructional, administrative, and creative production environments.
