    Help Grow a Community Through Music and Giving

    The Get Together Foundation brings people together through music programs, community events, and charitable giving. Our youth music programs connect students with experienced instructors while building confidence, creativity, and community. Through fundraising events and partnerships, the foundation also directs resources to nonprofit organizations making a difference in the lives of others.

    As the organization continues to grow, we are seeking a Development & Communications Manager to help strengthen donor engagement, expand fundraising efforts, and share the story of our impact.

    Position Summary

    The Development & Communications Manager leads donor communications, fundraising campaigns, and grant administration for the foundation. Working closely with the CEO, this role helps build strong relationships with donors while ensuring the organization communicates its mission and impact clearly and consistently.

    Reports to: Founder & CEO

    Status: Full Time

    Salary & Benefits: $65-$70k annual DOE

    401k, health coverage, 2 weeks paid vacation

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage donor communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship
    • Coordinate fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives
    • Support sponsorship outreach and fundraising events
    • Manage the grant application and tracking process
    • Lead website, email, and social media communications
    • Maintain donor data and prepare fundraising reports

    Qualifications

    • Experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or communications
    • Strong writing and storytelling skills
    • Excellent organization and project management abilities
    • Experience with donor databases or fundraising platforms preferred

    Benefits

    2 weeks paid vacation, (accrued) after 90 days, 401K , flexibility on schedule if needed
