About the role

We are looking for a target-driven Corporate Partnerships professional to lead fundraising and institutional engagement efforts from the Delhi Head Office. The role involves driving large CSR deals, building strong corporate relationships, and managing end-to-end proposal-to-closure cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Revenue Ownership

• Achieve assigned fundraising targets with a focus on large CSR deals
• Lead corporate lead generation, relationship building, and deal closures
• Develop customized proposals aligned to donor priorities

Strategic Partnerships

• Forge institutional partnerships in collaboration with program and finance teams
• Identify and onboard reputed intermediaries and networks

Proposal & Grant Management

• Draft, submit, and manage grant applications end-to-end
• Ensure timely follow-ups, closures, and documentation

Planning & Reporting

• Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and analyze variances
• Leverage CRM systems to track pipeline and donor engagement

What we are looking for

6–10 years of experience in NGO-sector fundraising / corporate partnerships

Strong experience in Sales & Marketing / Corporate CSR engagement

Demonstrated target achievement and revenue ownership

Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills

Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities

Postgraduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
