Director of Family and Youth

The Director of Family and Youth leads the design, management, and evaluation of youth and family programming at Comunidad. This role blends strategic program development with hands-on leadership, ensuring that youth and families have access to meaningful, culturally relevant, and community-centered opportunities. The Director works closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to build strong relationships, deliver high-quality programming, and advance Comunidad’s mission.

Ideal candidates will:

• have at least 7 years experience in youth development, education or family services.
• have a strong ability to connect with youth and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain program calendars.
• have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• be bilingual in English and Spanish.
