    Description

Development Manager — Aisling Irish Community & Cultural Center

    📍 Yonkers, NY (on-site) | 💰 $80,000–$95,000 | Full-time

Since 1996, Aisling Irish Community & Cultural Center has been the home base for the Irish and Irish-American community in Yonkers and Woodlawn — supporting new immigrants, connecting generations, and serving seniors and youth alike.

We're hiring a Development Manager to lead full-cycle fundraising for the organization — you'll own our development strategy and drive it forward, from grants to donor relations to campaign growth. You won't be doing this alone: you'll partner directly with our Executive Director on strategy and goal-setting, and work closely with our Events and Cultural Officer, who handles day-to-day event execution so you can focus on fundraising direction and results.

    What you'll do:

    • Set fundraising goals and strategy with the ED; build new revenue streams
    • Manage the full grant cycle — NY State/local agencies, private foundations, corporate funders, and Ireland's Emigrant Support Programme (ESP)
    • Grow and steward our donor base; manage our Bloomerang CRM
    • Lead the annual Aisling Fund Campaign
    • Set fundraising direction for events, with our Events and Cultural Officer handling execution

    What you bring:

    • 3+ years of full-time fundraising/development experience
    • A track record building new pipelines and growing existing donor relationships
    • Experience with grants, CRMs, and donor cultivation
    • Bonus: experience with ESP or similar diaspora/government funding, and a connection to or interest in Irish culture

This is a chance to make a visible, hands-on impact at a growing community organization, with real room to grow as we expand.

To apply: Submit your application by 5pm EST 8/31/2026. Cover letter welcome, not required.

Aisling is an equal opportunity employer. Qualified candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
