Career Pathways / Internship Coordinator

New Haven Academy Interdistrict Magnet School is looking for a part-time Career Pathways / Internship Coordinator. The primary focus of the position is working with community partners to place all of our high school juniors in internships for an intensive experience in the spring semester; other duties include building the network of community partners, creating events (job panels, field trips) for younger students, and working in tandem with our college advising faculty to coordinate students' college and career plans. Applicants will ideally have prior work experience with adolescents, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of New Haven as a city / community.
