The Graphic Designer will support firm leadership and project managers on graphic design projects across a range of initiatives crucial to the organization’s operations and growth, including:

    • Document layouts (proposals, publications, presentations, and project reports)
    • Project design (project branding, graphic materials for participatory design processes, signage/wayfinding)
    • Web design for project landing pages, surveys, etc.
    • Marketing objectives (supporting award submissions, newsletters, presentations for lectures and conferences, website updates, social media, fundraisers, and portfolios)
    • Workshop facilitation for students and community engagement events that involve co-designing processes

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate coursework in graphic design
    • Strong commitment to social justice
    • Excellent graphic and communication skills
