    Million Little is a nonprofit providing trauma-informed, creative arts programs for youth impacted by incarceration, system involvement, and adversity. We are seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead programs serving Transition-Age Youth (16–25) across correctional and community settings.

    Position Summary

    The Clinical Program Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s Intervention and Reentry Programs serving Transition-Age Youth (TAY, ages 16–25). This role ensures programming in correctional and community settings is trauma-informed, ethically grounded, culturally responsive, and aligned with organizational values of integrity, accountability, compassion, and excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Program Leadership: Supervise and support artists/facilitators, oversee deliverables, ensure compliance and quality, and contribute to strategic planning.
    • Clinical Oversight: Provide reflective supervision, uphold trauma-informed and youth-centered practices, guide ethical decision-making, and review documentation for rigor.
    • Staff Development: Conduct site visits, lead team meetings, evaluate performance, and foster staff wellness.
    • Training: Design and deliver trainings on trauma-informed care, SEL integration, de-escalation, and related topics; maintain organized training materials.
    • External Relations: Partner with community agencies, represent the organization professionally, and ensure communications uphold confidentiality and integrity.

    Qualifications

    Education: Master’s in Social Work (MSW), MFT, Art Therapy, or related behavioral health field.

    Licensure: California LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or ATR-BC strongly preferred.

    Experience

    • 3–5 years with vulnerable or justice-involved youth.
    • 3+ years of supervisory and training experience required.
    • Correctional facility experience strongly preferred.

    • Frequent travel across LA County; must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
    • Able to lift and transport up to 40 lbs of materials.

    Employment Requirements

    • Background checks, probation training, valid auto insurance, proof of work authorization, and any required health clearances (TB, COVID-19).
