    Description

    The Future Pathways Program Fellow will support the coordination and delivery of the program across Morocco and Egypt. This includes participant engagement, employer outreach, mentorship coordination, and supporting talent-to-opportunity matching.

    Key responsibilities may include:

    • Supporting coordination of program activities and timelines
    • Engaging with program participants and maintaining communication
    • Supporting relationships with employers and external partners
    • Assisting with the organisation of design challenges, innovation sprints, and hackathons
    • Supporting talent-to-employer matching processes
    • Tracking program activities and outcomes

    Language Requirements

    Due to the geographic focus of the program, applicants should be professionally fluent in English and/or Arabic or French (strongly preferred).

    Fellowship Duration: 9 months

    Location: Remote

    Time Commitment: Approximately 30–40 hours per week

    Compensation: A modest monthly stipend will be provided.

    This fellowship is ideal for early-career professionals or recent postgraduates who are passionate about youth leadership, storytelling, and creating opportunities for young Africans.
