    About Two Ten

Two Ten Footwear Foundation is an independent nonprofit serving people who work in the American footwear industry. We provide disaster and hardship relief, scholarships and professional development grants, community connections, and access to legal, financial, and mental health resources.

    The opportunity

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Development Coordinator to support our fundraising and professional group activities. You will help keep donor communications, gift records, events, and community programs running smoothly. This is an opportunity to build a career in nonprofit development while working closely with the VP of Development and Professional Groups and colleagues across Two Ten.

    What you will do

    • Maintain accurate donor, sponsor, volunteer, and event records in our database.
    • Help process gifts and pledges, prepare acknowledgments, track invoices, and support reconciliation with Finance.
    • Prepare donor correspondence, stewardship materials, sponsorship information, and fundraising campaign support materials.
    • Track project deadlines, donor follow-up, sponsorship commitments, and event deliverables.
    • Coordinate event details such as invitations, registration, attendee communications, vendors, materials, and on-site support.
    • Help organize webinars, networking events, advisory board meetings, and professional group activities.
    • Prepare lists, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and follow-up communications.
    • Support prospect research, product donation coordination, and other development projects as needed.

    What you bring

    • One to three years of experience in nonprofit development, events, customer relationship management, administrative support, or a related area is preferred. Relevant internships and comparable experience are welcome.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate records and timely follow-through.
    • Ability to organize several projects, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines.
    • Professional written communication and a service-oriented approach to donors, volunteers, and colleagues.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus; prior Salesforce experience is not required.
    • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable professional experience.

    Work location and travel

This is a remote role for a candidate within Two Ten’s Northeast hiring corridor, generally from the Washington, DC/Maryland area north through Maine, with access to Boston for periodic travel. Travel to Boston, New York City, and other locations may be required for meetings and events. Two Ten reimburses approved business travel expenses.
