    The Role

    The IT Coordinator ensures ACF staff have reliable, secure, and user-friendly technology to do their best work. This role provides day-to-day IT support, manages core systems like Foundant CommunitySuite (CSuite) and Microsoft 365, and partners across departments to improve data quality, cybersecurity readiness, and digital workflows.

    This position also serves as ACF’s AI Champion, leading the responsible exploration and adoption of artificial intelligence tools that boost productivity, accuracy, and decision-making.     What You’ll Do

    Data & Systems

      • Maintain and improve data accuracy and reporting in CSuite and related platforms
      • Partner with teams across Impact, Operations, Finance, and Communications to support fundraising and grantmaking workflows
      • Produce routine reports, dashboards, and mailing lists
      • Serve on the Data Governance Committee to uphold data standards and integrity
      • Coordinate with Foundant support and assist with SLM/GLM as needed

    IT Support

      • Provide Tier 1 IT support with external IT consultants
      • Support system rollouts, staff onboarding, and cybersecurity training
      • Manage Formstack forms and support hybrid meetings and events
      • Train staff on Microsoft 365, CSuite basics, and core technology tools
      • Share ongoing learning through Tech Tips and short trainings

    AI & Innovation

      • Lead evaluation and responsible use of AI tools across the organization
      • Pilot AI solutions for research, communications, reporting, and workflows
      • Develop AI trainings, guides, and office hours
      • Stay current on emerging AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Experience:

      • 2–3 years of IT experience or a degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
      • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
      • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and explain them clearly

    Bonus Skills:

      • Experience with Microsoft Office; CSuite or Blackbaud experience a plus
      • Commitment to confidentiality, teamwork, and diversity, equity, and inclusion
      • Nonprofit experience preferred
