    🌍 Role Overview

    This is a high-trust, high-responsibility coordination role.

    You will work directly with the CVO to:

    • track execution across all teams
    • ensure targets are being met
    • manage communication and follow-ups
    • keep the entire system aligned

    🎯 Core Responsibilities

    1. Execution Tracking & Accountability
    • Track all deliverables across:
      • Operations
      • Technology
      • Media
      • Partnerships
      • Brand
    • Ensure:
      • deadlines are met
      • tasks are completed
      • no breakdown in execution
    1. Communication & Coordination
    • Serve as the central communication link between:
      • leadership
      • teams
      • departments
    • Ensure clarity in:
      • instructions
      • timelines
      • expectations
    1. Task & Workflow Management
    • Maintain structured systems for:
      • task tracking
      • reporting
      • progress monitoring
    • Follow up on:
      • incomplete tasks
      • delays
      • team dependencies
    1. Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare:
      • weekly reports
      • progress updates
      • performance summaries
    • Provide visibility to leadership on:
      • what is working
      • what is delayed
      • what needs intervention
    1. Support to Strategic Execution
    • Assist in:
      • proposal coordination
      • partnership follow-ups
      • meeting preparation
      • documentation of key decisions

    👥 Team Interaction

    You will interact with all departments, ensuring:

    • smooth coordination
    • clear communication
    • consistent execution

    🎯 Performance Targets (MANDATORY)

    You will be evaluated based on:

    • 100% tracking of all team tasks
    • No missed critical deadlines
    • Effective coordination across all departments
    • Clear reporting system in place
    • Contribution to achieving:
      • 5,000 nominee onboarding
      • 1,760 nominee conversion
      • partnership execution
      • campaign timelines

    💰 Compensation & Growth

    • Probation (Months 1–3): ₦60,000 – ₦100,000
    • Post-Probation (Month 4): ₦72,000 – ₦120,000 (+20%)

    💰 Bonus Structure

    Bonus is awarded based on:

    • execution efficiency
    • task completion rate
    • coordination effectiveness
    • contribution to overall team performance

    👉 High performers gain:

    🏠 Relocation & Accommodation

    We welcome candidates outside Lagos.

    • Temporary accommodation available during probation
    • Monday–Friday stay arrangement available
