Senior Program Manager – Chad

The Senior Program Manager works closely with the MCC Chad Country Representative and provides oversight to Project Coordinators in accompanying partners in project design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting to enhance MCC Chad’s programmatic framework. The position contributes to MCC’s work with local partners in the areas of Peace, Relief, Food Security, Education, Community Development, Health, and WASH. This role also leads capacity building and training for partners through ongoing accompaniment, while working collaboratively with Project Coordinators to strengthen their work across all projects.

Position located in N’Djamena, Chad and open to National Staff (someone with current authorization to work in Chad) or International Staff (MCC will support visa process).

In addition to a monthly compensation amount, all workers receive paid time off and medical plans.

International Staff also receive support for: travel expenses to and from assignment, housing, and education for children.
