    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. You will work closely with leadership and functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals, drive talent strategy, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of balancing high-level strategy with daily execution while building strong relationships across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities :

    HR Strategy & Business Alignment

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational design.
    • Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

    Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
    • Build talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding.
    • Ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned with business needs.

    Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture.

    Resolve employee concerns and workplace conflicts effectively.

    Performance & Talent Management

    Drive performance review cycles and goal-setting frameworks.

    • Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning.
    • Identify skill gaps and implement relevant training and leadership development programs.

    Compliance & Operations

    • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
    • Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and conduct exit interviews to analyze attrition trends.

    Required Qualifications & Experiences:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
    • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
    • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
    • Industry: Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is considered an advantage.
