Description
Ideal candidate should have experience working in the healthcare or allied field with good team work skills and communication abilities. The shelter is a house setting with three bedrooms and six adult females some with small kids.
Responsibilities include;
1 Creating activities with residents that are educational and fun
2 Having good listening skills without crossing boundaries and trying to do counseling
3 Maintaining schedules and accompanying to appointments
4 Building rapport with residents, room checks, chores checks, and bag checks.
5 Ensure all house rules are followed
Level of Language Proficiency
Articulate and excellent communication skills required
Emotional maturity also required
Older retired women and students may apply

How to Apply
Flexible hours and must be willing to work evenings. If weekends are possible that is excellent as well.
