Marian House seeks two compassionate therapists to provide trauma-informed care in our residential Transitional Housing Programs: one serving single women and one serving mothers and their children.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, therapists provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy; clinical assessments; treatment planning; crisis intervention; care coordination; and timely clinical documentation.

A hybrid schedule may be available, with on-site presence required for direct services and program needs.

    Required Qualifications

    • Current Maryland independent licensure: LCPC, LCMFT, or LCSW-C.
    • At least two years of psychotherapy experience with adults.
    • Experience working with children and families is required for the Family Program position.
    • Experience treating substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
    • Strong trauma-informed care, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Training in EMDR, IFS, or TF-CBT is preferred. Candidates interested in pursuing trauma-specific training are encouraged to apply; clinical support, consultation, and professional development are available. Group psychotherapy experience and experience serving people affected by homelessness or justice involvement are also preferred.

Help women and families build stability, independence, and a stronger future. Join a supportive clinical team that values your expertise and supports your professional growth. Marian House values diversity and a welcoming, respectful environment for all.
