We provide education, tools, and resources that strengthen families, promote shared parenting, and encourage peaceful, cooperative co-parenting solutions. Our mission is to ensure every parent has the opportunity to be fully present in their child’s life, regardless of legal or financial obstacles.

    The Pro Se Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering self-represented parents in family court-especially fathers-to protect their parenting rights and foster healthy, cooperative co-parenting. Founded from firsthand experience, we provide education, tools, and resources that help parents navigate legal processes with confidence and integrity.

    Our "rules-first" approach focuses on understanding court procedures, statutes, and best practices, avoiding unproductive narratives, and working toward lasting peace for families. We offer workshops, guides, and one-on-one support, plus innovative legal tech tools like Pro Se Dad AI to make legal knowledge more accessible.

    We are seeking passionate volunteers-including web and app developers, attorneys, researchers, and outreach specialists-who share our vision of equal parenting rights, access to justice, and stronger family bonds. Together, we can ensure every parent has the opportunity to be fully present in their child’s life.
