    Our mission is to provide free transportation and other services to seniors and people with disabilities from MDI and the surrounding islands to enhance their independence and quality of life by utilizing our core group of dedicated volunteers.

    About Us

    ISLAND CONNECTIONS PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES TO OUR NEIGHBORS ...

    • Rides to doctor's appointments, physical therapy, blood work appointments, etc.
    • Drives to and from dialysis, cancer treatments and procedures
    • Annual visits to the dentist and eye doctor
    • Grocery shopping or grocery order pick-up
    • Food deliveries for Meals on Wheels and the Food Access Project
    • Trips to the pharmacy
