  • Mission

Our mission at Pachipamwe is to harness the power of quality education to engage, empower and uplift disadvantaged Zimbabwean students, fostering leadership, economic opportunity and social progress.

    About Us

Pachipamwe is a nonprofit reimagining educational access for marginalized students in Zimbabwe. We believe equity must be holistic and dignity-centered. That’s why we walk alongside students and their families, offering the support they need to thrive.

Founded by Blessing Chirimbani, a Zimbabwean-born strategist and development consultant, Pachipamwe is rooted in years of experience helping mission-driven organizations grow. Our name, meaning "we meet again" in Shona, reflects our values of care, connection, and community.

Our model is simple but deeply human. We cover school fees, uniforms, toiletries, and meals, while also offering mentorship, therapy access, and monthly care packages for guardians. Students thrive when their caregivers are supported too.

Our flagship Cohort Program supports low-income students attending top boarding schools in Zimbabwe. We’re launching with a pioneer class of 10 to 15 students and growing from there.

Pachipamwe is not just a nonprofit. It’s a movement grounded in consistent care and bold belief in what’s possible.
