Homefull

Homefull, formerly The Other Place, provides a comprehensive continuum of care to adults and families who are at risk of homelessness, who are currently homeless, or who are formerly homeless. Services include case management in emergency day shelter, street outreach, prevention, follow up, and supportive services in permanent housing.

Homefull works to end homelessness by providing housing, services, advocacy and education.
