About Us
CHAT is working to end homelessness by ensuring that everyone in our community has access to housing they can afford. We do this primarily by renting and buying properties, and then renting them to people who lack housing, and who cannot find landlords who will rent to them. We often use a shared housing model, renting bedrooms to individuals.
