Lifebridge North Shore

Lifebridge North Shore is dedicated to providing men and women the opportunities they need to end their homelessness and help those experiencing poverty.

Programs at Lifebridge vary in order to cater to the different needs of people experiencing homelessness. We offer programs and services across the North Shore region, including case management, emergency shelters, and community meals programs and more.

Each of our programs is designed to meet the specific needs of our clients. They are geared towards different topics, but all with the common goal of helping people improve their lives, and regain stability and self sufficiency.
