Westside, rooted in its community-focused origins, is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive environment. Established by Westside residents to enhance educational equity, it opened in 2013 and grew to full K-8 capacity by 2020. Westside emphasizes nurturing each child’s holistic development-academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and in character. It’s known for challenging students to realize their full potential, building critical thinking and content mastery in a unique, student-centered learning environment. Governed by a dedicated board, Westside maintains strong ties with local schools and the broader community, promoting openness and collaborative learning.
