NAMI Metro Suburban is dedicated to ensuring that no one ever feels alone in their mental health journey. NAMI Metro Suburban’s mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals, families, and communities who have been affected by mental illness by providing advocacy, support, and education in the western suburbs of Cook County, Illinois.

NAMI Metro Suburban has a host of peer-based recovery tools, resources, and education available. With prevention, support, and education for youth, ongoing social, emotional, and employment programs, and our longstanding community of friends and supporters, we work to end mental health stigma, so people and families can get the help they need. NAMI Metro Suburban offers hope and healing to over 20,000 people every year. NAMI Metro Suburban’s vision is that the treatment of mental health conditions is accessible, equitable, and without stigma.
