    Global Talent Link (GTL) aims to build a growth-oriented online learning community that is guided by principles of international perspectives, ability, benevolence, and courage (iABC). One of the key ideas of GTL is that people learn better with like-minded peers and near-peers. In our community, we have Linkers, who are college students or recent graduates, to inspire and support younger learners ( a 4-min introductory video on YouTube). We look for potential team members who are inspired by our iABC principles and passionate to make a positive change, one person at a time.
