YAP Seattle is the voice of young African leaders in the Greater Seattle area. Through resourceful programming and member events, we uplift our members, and by extension-- we further enrich our communities.

Hello, and thank you for discovering us! We're the YAP Seattle Network, an organization that creates spaces and opportunities for Seattle-based African professionals (both young and young at heart) to come together for networking, career development, fun and laughter, cultural events, and themed discussions around cultural identity. We are furthermore invested in addressing the various forms of structural injustice that lead to disproportionately higher levels of unemployment among even skilled professionals of color.

YAP Seattle holds monthly networking events. Our programming schedule includes themed talks, film screenings, educational workshops, and more.
