International Leadership Association

The ILA is a global membership association for all those who practice, study, and teach leadership. Created in 1999, the ILA has a solid track record of growth with 3000 members in over 50 countries, hundreds of volunteers, a committed board, and a talented full-time staff of five. The ILA seeks a new team member, with enthusiasm for the ILA mission, vision, and values, to contribute to the ILA’s continuing success and international growth.
