AFNCI Mission Statement The mission of the Association of friends of the National Cancer Institute(AFNCI) is to build, equip, and maintain a world-class pediatric oncology hospital that will enhance the Cairo University hospital system and to support clinical, educational, and research efforts of the National Cancer Institute (NCI).

The aim is to bring a high quality of medical service to cancer victims. The mission is both humanitarian and obligatory. The AFNCI is pledged to create a world-class pediatric facility and to assist the NCI to meet their obligation of providing comprehensive, contigious, and enlightened health care to Egyptians with cancer.

The Association of Friends of the National Cancer Institute (AFNCI) are building, in Cairo a world-class hospital dedicated to the care of children with cancer. In a familiar environment, patients from all social and economic strata and ethnic origins will enjoy a single high standard of care and the greatest opportunity for a healthy future that science and technology can provide.
