    THE MISSION OF THE GUARDIAN AD LITEM PROGRAM IS TO ADVOCATE FOR THE BEST INTERESTS OF CHILDREN WHO ARE ALLEGED TO BE ABUSED, NEGLECTED, OR ABANDONED AND WHO ARE INVOLVED IN COURT PROCEEDINGS.

    About Us

    GAL volunteers are representatives for children before the Court, social service agencies and the community. They meet with the child and adults in their lives. The GAL collects and examines records from many sources and speaks for the best interests of the child in Court and prepares a written report for the Court.
